Emergicare Walk-in Clinic invites you to Patient Appreciation Day on Sept 23 from 8am to 4pm.
We will be offering
- Plenty of food and drink from local restaurants will be available(also free).
- Free cholesterol screenings which include total, bad, and good cholesterol and triglycerides. (Results are better if you are fasting overnight).
- Free EKGs.
- Free massages, physical therapy and chiropractic advice. (compliments of Universal Health and Wellness)
- Free blood sugar screening and blood pressure readings.
- Special Prizes for adults and children include tee-shirts for the 1st 100 guests. Other prizes include 5 door prizes for $100 in medical services or a complete physical exam with comprehensive blood work and pap test, good for 1 year(whichever is greater).
