Please help us by using general hygiene rules at all times. Here are a few tips from the Virginia Department of Health to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other illnesses:
· Avoid shaking hands, first bumping, hugging, and all physical contact.
· Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
· Wash your hands often with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
· Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol if soap and water are unavailable.
· Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash or use the crease of your elbow if no tissue is available.
