Francis John Bourgeois, MD graduated in 1986 with a medical degree from Tulane University School Of Medicine in New Orleans LA. She has completed residencies in obstetrics and gynecology, and internal medicine. Between 180-2002, she served as an associate professor at UVA’s School of Medicine. She’s received UVA’s Robley Dunglison Award twice.
Matt Crance, PA-C graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Shenandoah University. He then continued his education at Shenandoah, receiving his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. He is a native of Rockbridge County. During his training and early work experience he focused on pediatrics and family health. He joined Patient Care Plus in 2007.
Andrea Knopp, NP-C, MPH graduated in 1993 with her Masters in Nursing and in Public Health from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is nationally certified by the AANP and ANCC. After working as a nurse practitioner for several years in internal medicine, HIV care and primary care, she moved to Staunton, Virginia to further her education at University of Virginia. She will complete her PhD in Nursing in May 2010.
